I was born in Spain, where I studied Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy. Then I moved to Paris where I studied Osteopathy. Later on I spent a few years working and studying in different countries, always with the aim to grow professionally, the human body is my deepest passion. I’m empathetic, mindful, experienced, professional and self motivated. I am passionate about excellent patient care and helping patients to fully connect with their body. Sara is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic
Association. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Masters in
Practice Diploma of Manipulative Osteopathic Sciences. Sara was first introduced to Osteopathy
after dealing with chronic hip pain from competitive soccer and volleyball. After acquiring
immediate results with osteopathic treatment, Sara knew this was the career she wanted to
pursue. Prior to Osteopathy, Sara received a Bachelor’s of Science (Hons.) in Kinesiology from
Queen’s University, which solidified her love of anatomy, physiology and the inner workings of
the human body. Sara appreciates the body’s inherent self-healing and self-regulating
processes and is excited about the opportunity to serve the Kingston community. Sara and her
husband have called Kingston home for 7 years now. She finds joy in hiking, camping,
